My Bjj Notes is a helpful app designed to assist you in documenting your jiu jitsu journey. Research has shown that writing down information significantly increases your ability to retain it. With My Bjj Notes, you can easily record all aspects of your jiu jitsu training, ensuring that your information is organized and readily accessible for review or future additions. With the app's editing capabilities, you can quickly jot down notes after each class and then refine them at your convenience or when new insights arise during practice. Additionally, you can include pictures and videos to enhance the documentation of your journey and training.

My Bjj Notes is comprised of eight functions: Training Notes, Techniques, Rolls, Belt Promotions, Seminars, Tournaments, View Media, and Manage Team.

The Training Notes function allows you to make general notes about your training. For instance, if your professor mentions an upcoming seminar or if you notice a training partner performing a technique that you find interesting, you can conveniently record these observations. Each note includes a date, title, your personal notes, and any relevant pictures or videos.

The Techniques function is specifically designed for recording the techniques you learn. This feature comes in handy as it is common to learn multiple techniques during a single class. Over time, it becomes challenging to remember everything you've learned. By documenting all the techniques along with detailed notes about each one, including any subtle nuances that are easily forgotten, you can establish a comprehensive reference guide. Additionally, you can capture pictures and videos related to each technique for further visual reference.

The Rolls function allows you to track your rolling sessions in detail. Not only can you keep a record of who you rolled with and how long each session lasted, but you can also track the submissions made by both parties and the specific moves used.

For tracking belt and stripe promotions, the Belt Promotions function is invaluable.

The Seminars function is specifically designed for capturing all the valuable information presented during seminars. Seminars often offer a wealth of knowledge, and using My Bjj Notes to take notes, as well as document pictures and videos, ensures that you can recall and review the seminar content effectively.

The Tournaments function allows you to record all your competitive matches. This includes noting the tournament name, date, opponents, and the points or submissions achieved in each match.

In the View All Media function, you can conveniently access and review all the pictures and videos you have captured through the app.

Lastly, the Manage Team function is particularly useful for gym, dojo, or club owners. It enables the recording of student attendance and their respective belt promotions.
